Process classification:

Wet felted plush toys: Wet the wool fibers, and then squeeze, rub with soap foam, etc. to make the wool fibers entangled and felted. Suitable for making simple and flat plush toys.
How to customize felt plush toys
1. Design confirmation: The customer provides us with three views of the design, and we can also design the plush image according to the customer's description.
2. Select the process and color: Confirm the color of the required felt fabric with the customer according to the design drawing. For bulk orders, it is recommended to choose the needle felt process.
3. Plate making: Make a sample according to the design drawing. During the production process, try to restore the color, texture and details in the design draft.
4. Product production: Laser cut the fabric of each part according to the sample, then sew, fill with cotton or PP cotton, and finally seal.
5. Quality inspection: After production is completed, check whether the appearance, stitching, filling, accessories, etc. of the felt dolls meet the quality standards, and rework or repair unqualified products in a timely manner.
Advantages and disadvantages of felt toys
Advantages:
